Huawei has launched the Nova 8 Pro 4G at home. The Nova 8 Pro 4G resembles the Nova 8 Pro 5G announced last December. However, despite supporting 4G connectivity, this model has several improvements over the 5G variant.

The Huawei Nova 8 Pro 4G is equipped with a 6.72-inch OLED screen with FullHD + 2676 x 1236 pixels. The display supports 120Hz refresh rates, up from the 90Hz that the 5G version supports. The device uses a Kirin 985 chipset coupled with 8GB of RAM. It comes in two storage options, 128GB and 256GB.

For photography, there is a setup with four cameras. The sensors include a 64MP main shooter paired with an 8MP ultra-wide, a 2MP depth sensor and a 2MP macro. For selfies, the Nova 8 Pro 4G contains 16MP and 32MP ultra-wide sensors housed in a pill-shaped module.

The Nova 8 Pro 4G features a rear-mounted fingerprint reader for biometric authentication. There is also a 4,000mAh battery under the hood to keep the lights on. The battery is charged via the USB ‑ C port and supports 66W charging. The device does include a 66W charger that can charge from 0 to 60% in just 15 minutes and to a full charge in 35 minutes.
