Elon Musk announced on his personal Twitter page that he is building his own city. It is based in Texas and is called Starbase.

The entrepreneur said that the new city area would be significantly larger than Boca Chica’s village, which houses the SpaceX launch site. Also, Musk said that the city would be “perfect” for dogs, and the mayor of the city would be called “doge,” related to DogeCoin.
Elon Musk moved to Texas last December. A new Tesla plant is under construction there. Also, Tesla and its startup Boring Company are located in the state. The billionaire previously stated that he moved from California due to high-income taxes.
