Renowned network analyst Ming Chi Kuo revealed new details about the development of Apple’s foldable smartphone. He claims that this model will be released in 2023. The smartphone will receive an 8-inch flexible OLED screen with QHD + resolution.

Earlier, a well-known Apple analyst in a note to investors stressed that the company will supply displays exclusively to SDC, and Samsung Foundry will be the exclusive supplier of DDI to the foundry.

The analyst also predicts that the company will ship 15 to 20 million units of the future foldable iPhone. In addition, the smartphone will use the TPK silver nanowire sensor solution, due to its advantages over the Y-Octa SDC technology.
