Xiaomi is developing a series of smartphones Redmi K50

According to insiders, Xiaomi is developing the Redmi K50 series of smartphones. It’s only been four months since the Redmi K40 was announced. However, the company has already begun work on a successor. The most interesting thing is that the company decided to ask users what they would like to see in Redmi K50. The head of Redmi Liu Weibing conducts this survey on his Weibo page.

Users have asked to add a new flagship Qualcomm chip, 512GB of storage, and wireless charging to the lineup. Some ask for an optical image stabilization system and an IPS panel.

Most likely, the wishlist will be satisfied. At least, the well-known network insider Digital Chat Station assures that Redmi K50 will be equipped with a high-quality display, an updated camera, and fast charging.

When the company plans to unveil the Redmi K50, it hasn’t been announced. There is a chance the device will debut before the end of the year.
