Xiaomi entered the foldable smartphone market last year with the release of the Mix Fold. Now the company is working on creating a successor to this device – Xiaomi Mix Fold 2. Today, a well-known network insider Digital Chat Station revealed some screen features in Mix Fold 2 in his Weibo blog.
According to the leak, the smartphone will receive an internal LTPO main screen with a resolution of 2K and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. The outer screen will be curved on one side and will also support a 120Hz refresh rate. For comparison, in the original Mix Fold, the screen refresh rate was limited to 60 Hz.
It is noteworthy that the name of the smartphone is not mentioned in the insider’s message. But most likely, we are talking about Xiaomi Mix Fold 2.
As for other characteristics, the future foldable smartphone is credited with Snapdragon 8 Gen 1, Android 12, a 5020 mAh battery and a 108 MP triple camera.
