Samsung introduced an inexpensive smartphone Galaxy M21 2021 Edition

Even though Samsung has been using a fairly understandable naming system for its smartphones for a long time, sometimes the company still tries to confuse its lineup. The Galaxy M21 was unveiled in March last year. In November, the company showed its slightly updated version of the Galaxy M21s. It would be logical to assume that the next in line will be the Galaxy M22 model. However, the M22 has not yet been presented (the smartphone has already passed several certifications), and in the meantime, Samsung has announced the release of the Galaxy M21 2021 Edition.

As you might guess, the new product is practically no different from its predecessor. The rear panel received a different design, and the 48 MP GM2 sensor is now used as the main camera module. The device is running One UI 3.1 Core.

The rest of the characteristics remain the same. For $ 170, you get a 6.4 ″ Super AMOLED screen with Full HD + resolution, an Exynos 9611 chipset, 4GB of RAM, and 64GB of internal storage. If you add $ 25, you get a version with 6GB RAM and 128GB ROM.

The battery capacity is 6000 mAh, 15W charging is supported. There is a 20 MP front camera. The company’s 48 MP camera sensor is 8 MP ultra-wide and a 5 MP depth sensor.

The Samsung Galaxy M21 2021 Edition will go on sale in India on July 26th. The smartphone is offered in blue and black colors.
