Xiaomi introduced yesterday not only the Redmi K40 line of smartphones but also the new flagship laptops RedmiBook Pro 14 and 15. The devices’ appearance continues to copy the MacBook Pro, but it’s hard to call it a minus because they look stylish and solid.

Redmi showed off a new line of laptops RedmiBook Pro

One of the main differences between the RedmiBook 14 and the RedmiBook 15, apart from the display size, is its resolution and refresh rate. The RedmiBook Pro 14 has a 14 ″ screen with 2.5K resolution (2560 × 1600 pixels) and a refresh rate of 60 Hz. Whereas RedmiBook Pro 15 received a 15.6 ″ display with a resolution of 3.2K (3200×2000 pixels) and a refresh rate of up to 90 Hz. Also, the older model was equipped with more powerful processors.

Thunderbolt 4, USB-C, USB-A 3.2 Gen 1, HDMI, and 3.5 mm combined audio jack are available from the devices’ connection interfaces. There are Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.1 modules. A fingerprint scanner is also provided. The battery capacity is 56 W * h in RedmiBook Pro 14 and 70 W * h in RedmiBook Pro 15. The new items will go on sale in March.
