About a couple of weeks ago, it became known that Xiaomi plans to release the Redmi K50i in India. And yesterday, a report claimed that the K50i will debut in India on July 20th. Well, this report turned out to be correct.
Redmi has yet to reveal any specifications for the K50i, but the teaser shared by the company reveals the design of the smartphone. There is a triple camera on the back and blue is one of the color options you can choose from.
The K50i is similar to the Note 11T Pro and Note 11T Pro+ released in China in May. In fact, these are the same phones with different batteries and charging speeds. The Note 11T Pro has a 5080mAh battery with 67W charging, while the Note 11T Pro+ comes with a 4400mAh battery with 120W charging.
Rumor has it that Redmi K50i will be rebranded as Note 11T Pro+ and if true, you will get Dimensity 8100 SoC, 6.6″ FullHD+ LCD with 144Hz refresh rate, 16MP selfie camera, 64MP main camera camera (it is joined by an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle and 2-megapixel macro camera), stereo speakers and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
