Lenovo introduced the new ThinkVision P40W monitor. He received premium features and a fairly high price. Let’s consider it in more detail.
The Lenovo ThinkVision P40W has a 39.7-inch diagonal, 5120 x 2160 WUHD resolution, a 21: 9 aspect ratio, and a 70Hz refresh rate. The screen also supports 300 nits brightness and an IPS 1000: 1 contrast ratio.
Also, special software was installed on the monitor, which reduces the emission of blue. The device can be used as a network hub to support Wake-On-LAN, PXE, and MAC pass-through. Also, the monitor supports Intel Active Management Technology, which integrates with vPro on ThinkPads and provides additional management capabilities. This monitor has a total of 12 ports, including two Thunderbolt 4 ports and one USB Type-C.
The monitor will go on sale in June for $1,699.
