iPhone users are switching to Meizu Series

The Meizu 18 and Meizu 18 Pro have been on sale in China for a month now. There is no exact word yet on how successful smartphones are, but the company has found something to be proud of. According to the company, almost half of those who purchased new smartphones were previously iPhone owners. According to Meizu, iPhone users accounted for 45% of all those who bought the company’s new flagships.

How the calculation was made and what reasons prompted users to switch from iPhone to Meizu 18 are not reported. It is unlikely that everyone who bought new items from a Chinese company was asked what kind of device they had previously used. It is also possible that users responded that they had previous experience with an iPhone. And this does not mean at all that the iPhone was changed to Meizu 18. The statistics look rather strange, and there are questions to them.

The company itself decided only to remind Meizu 18 and Meizu 18 Pro in such a somewhat unusual form. It would be much more interesting to know how many smartphones have been sold in total. As a reminder, there is no charger included with the Meizu 18 and 18 Pro, and the company offers to buy it or exchange it for an old adapter.
