The social network Instagram has begun testing the Limits feature to combat harassment and abuse. The algorithm allows you to temporarily block an account if its user becomes the target of harassment.
With the help of Livits, you can block access to some users to the profile. These can be subscribers or those who are not subscribed to the profile. According to Instagram, insults more often come not from those who have followed the user for a long time but from newbies who created an account to harass.
At the time of testing, the function is available only in a few countries (the company does not specify in which ones). When it will be released in Russia and will be available to all users, the company did not specify.
