With a three-color scheme and a protruding horizontal camera unit!

Renowned insider John Prosser on his YouTube channel shared renders of the flagship smartphones Google Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro, showing a fundamentally new design.

Prosser claims to have seen a lineup of new Google phones and made the most accurate renders in collaboration with RendersByiIan. This insider is often wrong, but at the same time, he has a solid track record of reliable leaks, and in the case of the Pixel, the percentage of misfires is perhaps the lowest. At the same time, another reliable insider – the editor-in-chief of the well-known resource XDA Developers Max Weinbach – separately confirmed the reliability of the leak.

As you can see, these renders of the Google Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro show designs that are strikingly different from the current Pixel 5 and Pixel 4a 5G models. Its highlight is the rectangular block of the main camera in the upper part, which protrudes noticeably above the rear panel. It would seem that the Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra cannot be outdone, but it seems that Google has succeeded. On the sides, the edges of the block are beveled and go to the side edges of the body so that a kind of trapezoid is obtained. Judging by the render, in the Pixel 6, the number of modules in the camera will increase to three – they are lined up in a row together with the LED flash. The camera block and the frame are made in black tones, the upper insert is painted in bright orange, and most of the rear panel is in a light tone. Also, the renders show a variant with a frame and a golden insert. According to Max Weinbach, the Pixel 6 may eventually get other colors. This brings to mind the two-tone color scheme of older Pixels.

The front camera in the Pixel 6 is cut into a circular hole in the center at the top of the screen with minimal bezels and no chin. At least in these renders, the bottom border doesn’t seem much wider than the rest.

There are no details on the Pixel 6 yet, but previous rumors have pointed to a Whitechapel GS101 processor developed by Google in collaboration with Samsung.

The Pixel 6 presentation is traditionally expected in the fall.

Along with the Google Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro renders, Prosser, posted an image of the highly anticipated first Pixel Watch that has been rumored over the past few years.
