Option 1: Download macOS Monterey ISO

To create a bootable USB drive or DVD using an ISO file, you’ll need a program such as Etcher or DiskMaker X.
Option 2: DMG File
Another option is to download the macOS Monterey DMG file. A DMG file is a disk image file that can be mounted on your Mac, giving you access to the contents of the file as if it were a physical disk. To mount a DMG file, you can simply double-click on it and it will be mounted in the Finder.
Option 4: VMDK File
The third option is to download the macOS Monterey VMDK file. A VMDK file is a virtual machine disk file that can be used with virtualization software such as VMware or VirtualBox. This allows you to run macOS Monterey in a virtual environment on your Mac, allowing you to test it out without affecting your current operating system.
To download the latest version of macOS Monterey in any of these formats, you’ll need to visit the Apple website and follow the instructions there. It’s important to note that you’ll need a Mac that is compatible with macOS Monterey in order to install it, so be sure to check the system requirements before you download the operating system.
