Asus has released two new laptops in the ROG Moba line. The base ROG Moba 5 has a 15.6-inch screen, while the ROG Moba 5 Plus has a 17.3-inch panel. The notebooks have also received an updated design and excellent performance.
Both laptops are equipped with an eight-core AMD Ryzen 9 5900HX processor based on the Zen3 architecture. Responsible for the graphics RTX 3070 with 8 GB memory.
The device screens have a refresh rate of 300 Hz, a response time of 3 ms and a screen ratio of 87%. There is also support for 100% sRGB colour gamut and Adaptive-Sync technology.
In terms of storage, the ROG Moba series comes with 16GB DDR4-3200MHz dual-channel memory, expandable up to 64GB. TLC PCIe / NVMe SSD can be up to 512GB.
The autonomy of laptops is provided by a 90 Wh battery, which supports fast 100 W charging.
Also, laptops received support for Wi-Fi 6, USB 3.2 Gen1 Type-A ports, USB 3.2 Type-C and HDMI2.0b. Responsible for sound speakers Smart Amp with support for Dolby Atmos.
ASUS ROG Moba 5 was priced at $ 2009, while the Moba 5 Plus will sell for $ 2,164. Sales start on January 26th.
