China is a giant market in which every brand wants to compete, and Apple is no different. According to the financial report for the second quarter of this year, the Chinese market brought Apple about $ 15.4 billion in profits. In this regard, Tim Cook even stated: “This is our strongest market, and we are proud of it.”

Despite this, Chinese users are not getting better service from the apple giant. A couple of days ago, Apple notified Chinese service providers that it would no longer replace damaged AirPods. Instead, they will need to be taken to a service center for additional checks.

There have also been negative changes in the AppleCare + service plan for Chinese customers. They will no longer receive two more years of additional hardware warranty and software support services that were previously provided.
